General Terms and conditions

1. Adequate insurance must be provided to cover loss or damage to any item of plant hired from Tara Holdings Ltd.
2. Once collected by or delivered to you, then you (the customer) will be responsible for any loss, damage, misuse of the item(s) of plant.
3. General care must be taken including daily checks (oil, water, hydraulic oil, tyres etc) these are the hirer’s responsibility.
4. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately to Tara Holdings Ltd.
5. All plant is hired in accordance with the hire terms and conditions.
